  2. We set you up on an Assessment Call with one of our 1:1 ELITESELF Performance Coaches. I’ve hand picked these Coaches and they are experts in the realm of fitness, health, mindset and habit development. They operate at an Elite level themselves, and have helped countless people do the same. Their job is to create and prescribe customized workouts, nutrition protocols, habits protocols and ultimately make sure you develop into the version of yourself you came here for.   3. Access to a registered Athletic Therapist for no extra charge. You will have an Assessment Call with Nate and he will evaluate your areas of opportunity and create a protocol to reduce pain, increase mobility and prevent injury.
  4. ELITESELF Development plan in your app created by your ELITESELF Coach & Athletic Therapist. Trainerize media
  5. Weekly Calls with your 1:1 ELITESELF Coach and text access during the week.
  6. Weekly ELITESELF Development Group Calls with me
  7. Slack Community support
  8. Annual Retreat Access
